Kim is one of those people you are glad you met !! She made this stress ridden process smooth and relaxing, and always reassured me and communicated any scheduling changes promptly. She helped me deal with my home owners insurance so I didnt have to even deal with that. She is in the business of helping people and she makes sure she provides a quality service. She was at the job beginning and end making sure the job and cleanup was done well and always available.for questions.
